These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Larder 180, a sole proprietorship ("Larder 180," "we," or "us") about your use of the Larder 180 website and app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Larder 180.
Larder 180 is operated by Larder 180, a sole proprietorship, at 27 Taylor Drive, Franklin Park, New Jersey 08823. Contact: larder180@gmail.com.
Larder 180 is a household supply planning and tracking tool. You choose the supplies you want, record what you have, and may add quantities, prices, and notes. The app shows an estimate of days of supplies planned, a budget, and a shopping list. Starting targets and sample numbers are general examples, not personalized recommendations. You decide what your household needs and must check the accuracy of what you enter.
Larder 180 does not provide medical, emergency-management, nutrition, safety, legal, or financial advice. The 180-day gauge and other calculations are organizational estimates. They are not promises that supplies will last a particular period or that a household is prepared for any emergency. Ask qualified professionals about medicines, special diets, and safe storage of food, water, fuel, and other supplies. Follow product instructions, storage guidance, and expiration dates. Do not rely on the app as an emergency service or as your only source of critical information.
The person who creates a household is its owner. The owner can reset the household's invite link, remove members, and delete the household. Every household member can see the household's items, quantities, prices, and notes, and the names or email addresses of other members. While sharing is active, members can also change the items. When a founding household's free sharing period ends and its 14-day transition passes, members other than the owner can only view. Only the owner can then make changes. Anyone with the current invite link or code may join while space remains. Share invite links only with people you trust. Resetting a link stops the old link from working for new joins. Removing someone's access does not take back copies of information they already saw or saved.
A standard free household has one member. Sharing allowances depend on the plan, as described below. Household information is not private from other current members, so do not add anything you do not want them to see.
The founding offer is available exclusively to households that sign up through an authorized Larder 180 partner link. A qualifying household receives household sharing for up to four people, free for 12 months starting on the date the household claims the offer.
The offer is limited to the first 50 households that claim it through partner links on a first-come, first-served basis. A household counts toward the 50 at the exact moment the claim is successfully completed. Sign-ups completed without a valid partner link are ineligible. The offer automatically closes once 50 households have claimed it.
When a founding household's free sharing period ends and no paid sharing plan applies, the household returns to the standard one-member allowance. Other members keep normal access for 14 days, then can only view. The owner keeps full access. Ending the free period does not delete any household records.
We will email the owner of each founding household, at the account email address, about 30 days before the free sharing period ends. This is a one-time service message. It is sent whether or not the owner is on our marketing list. We record when our email service accepts the message, but acceptance does not confirm that the email reached the inbox or was read. If the service refuses it, we retry once a day until the period ends or ten tries have failed.
No paid plan is offered under these terms. Before paid plans launch, we will publish the price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation process, refund policy, payment processor, applicable taxes, and any legally required recurring-payment disclosures and consent steps.
Do not use Larder 180 to break the law or harm, harass, or deceive others; to access accounts or households without permission; to bypass limits or security; to send spam or malicious code; to interfere with how the service runs; or to copy, resell, or build a competing service from the software or its content, except where the law allows. We may restrict, suspend, or end access for violations, subject to applicable law.
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give us limited permission to host, process, display, synchronize, and use that information as needed to run and maintain Larder 180, including showing shared household information to other members of your household. This does not transfer ownership to us. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
If you send feedback through the app or by email, we may use it to improve the service without payment to you, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. The Larder 180 name, design, software, text, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use the service for your household while following these terms. You do not receive ownership of our software or branding.
Larder 180 is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent the law allows. We aim to keep it running but cannot promise uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or freedom from data loss. Keep your own copy of anything critical. We may change, pause, or end features, with reasonable notice where practical and where the law requires.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on the gauge, targets, or other estimates in the app. Our total liability for claims related to Larder 180 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them or to liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using the service at any time. A household owner can delete the household in the app, which removes its items and member records for everyone in it. Any member can leave a household, which removes their membership but does not delete their sign-in account. You can delete your account in the app. Deleting it removes your sign-in account, your feedback, and your data in Larder 180. We keep one record of your agreement to these terms (see the Privacy Policy), so we can show later that you agreed. If you are the only member of your household, the household and its items are deleted too. An owner who shares a household must delete the household first. Deleting your account does not remove you from our email list, so use the unsubscribe link in any email for that. You can also email larder180@gmail.com. We act on deletion requests sent by email within 45 days. We may suspend or end access for violations or if the service closes, subject to applicable law. Terms that need to survive ending your use, such as ownership and liability limits, continue as the law allows.
We may revise these terms. We will post the updated version and date. For material changes, we intend to email household owners before or when the change takes effect, where required or reasonably practical. Continued use counts as acceptance only to the extent the law permits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
A. Agreement to Arbitrate: Read this provision carefully. By agreeing to this provision, you and Larder 180 agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, their breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity (including whether a matter is subject to arbitration) shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration, rather than in a court of law.
B. Waiver of Right to Sue in Court and Jury Trial: YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION, YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT, TO HAVE A JUDGE DECIDE YOUR CLAIM, AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
C. Rules and Administration: The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time the arbitration is filed. The place of arbitration shall be Somerville, Somerset County, New Jersey.
D. Costs and Judgment: Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, unless the arbitrator determines that applicable New Jersey law or the underlying agreement (these terms) provides otherwise.
